Bandhani has stayed relevant through the years. I remeber having bandhani dupattahs in college that I would wear with my white salwar kurta. It was so easy to create different look for the days of the week. Team it with a Chandbali and lots of silver bangles and you were ' function ready' in a jiffy. It was quite natural for me to look for Bandhanis when I graduated to wearing sarees. This bright blue one further accentuated by the gota patti work was my go to saree for any small function in the community. It was easy to drape and accessorize and looked dressy. And scores high on comfort. Hoping to find a new home and wearer for my saree.
