INDIRA- A TRADITIONAL PURE HANDLOOM SILK KANJIVARAM SAREE IN PINKISH MAROON WITH AANAPAKSHI MOTIFS WOVEN IN GREEN AND ZARI IN THE BORDER AND AANCHAL

This is a really special saree. My father was a noted writer in the Tamil language. For his Sadabhishekam or 80th birthday, another eminent writer, the famous Sivasankari gifted this saree to my mother. My mother got gifted many sarees that day and I was thrilled when she passed Indira to me. Comes in the classical combination of maroon and green have taken really good care of this saree and worn in sparingly. I am relocating to another country and so passing forward some of my precious preloveds to other saree lovers.
